Jurassic Park was one of those movies I thought I would hate going into but it turned out that I genuinely enjoyed them – so much so I went out and purchased the box which included the first 3 movies.

Well, slap me twice and call me Susie! Inspired by Jurassic Park, the new Velocirapture Collection from Alter Ego, is just perfect! The collection name was suggested by a Facebook fan group member and each polish name is a direct quote from the movie and the color created from a scene to correspond with the name.

Overall Thoughts – Alter Ego – Velocirapture Collection

Overall: I’m not sure if it’s the colors or the finish of the collection, but the color palette is very neutral and has an antique feel. I don’t mean in an old and outdated sorta way, but rather vintage and classic. They are a great balance to all the bright colors we are accustomed to for the spring/summer.
