Moore Swatches: Jen & Berries Lacquer – Me on a Good Day Collection

Hey Sugas!!! Today is my Friday. Today I say ‘see ya later,’ to my computer, emails and my phone and prepare myself for the beach. How does one do that you ask?

But before I rush off to the warm sandy beach, I must first share with you a new INDIE BRAND!!! Me, “Someone queue new indie brand theme music!!” 

Today I am honored and really, really, really excited to share with you Jen & Berries Lacquer. Jenny of @jenananails on IG is celebrating the launch of her new indie brand with a 7-piece collection, Me on a Good Day featuring color shifting shimmer and flakies in a vast array of shades and colors. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a giveaway going on right now thru Monday, August 26th. Check out the IG page for more details.

Moore Swatches: Great Lakes Lacquer – Summers End Collection, Indie Expo Canada Exclusives/LEs, Oracles of Lake Ontario Trio and Duo with Rogue Lacquer

Hey Sugas!!! Mariah of Great Lakes Lacquer has come out with both barrel blazin’ for the 2019 Indie Expo Canada (IEC) in Toronto.

There are a few special notes to heed:

  • All colors will debut at IEC and then online Wednesday, August 21st.
  • The Oracles of Lake Ontario, Indie Expo Canada LE/Exclusive and Duo with Rogue Lacquer will only be available until Wednesday, September 4th and will not be restocked after that. 
  • The exclusive (Save Me Some Grace) will only be available online IF there is leftover from the show.
  • Duo w/ Rogue Lacquer will only be available as a set

The Summer’s End Collection is a set of neons somewhat faded by the coupious amounts of different auroras, adding a glow to an already bright base. Names are an ode to all the little people in my life (and some grown ones too) and the things we enjoy about summer.

The Oracles of Lake Ontario is a continuation of The Mermaids of Lake Michigan while the event exclusive was inspired by Mariah’s last trip to Toronto which included a visit to an amazing brunch spot in Toronto, (Saving Grace). Mariah plans to go back because ‘the food is that good.’

And the love of aquariums inspired 1 of the 2 LEs! Mariah went to Ripley’s last time and may stop again if she finds the time. And finally, Toronto Shenanigans because #AlwaysShenanigans. #Always.

Moore Swatches: Alter Ego – Proud to be Me Quad

Hey Sugas!!! After a day like today at work, I wish I was headed to Indie Expo Canada (IEC) to drown my work sorrows in polish and other indie goods, but I guess I’ll have to settle for a fun-filled day at the beach with my family. My youngest is celebrating her 8th birthday with sun, sand and waves.

Moore Swatches: Necessary Evil – The Queen Collection Part 4 and 2 year Birthaversary

Hey Sugas!!! Before the sun sets on the fun days of Summer, I think some solar polishes are in order! And lucky for us, Necessary Evil shares the same sentiment. Introducing part 4 of the 26-piece Queen Collection.

Who: Polished Gamers

What: a monthly gamed themed collaboration box featuring several indie makers. Products include nail polish, nail care, body care, wax and other handmade goods.

Why: Because you need all things indie and game related…. duh!
