Good Morning! Or afternoon or night for that matter. Depending on when your reading this post, I hope it finds you well. Before we dive into what Chrissy has in store for us, I wanted to catch you all up on the happenings here at the Queendom. The young prince and princesses are well. My son just finished up another year of AAU basketball and is ready to embark on his new adventure…high school marching band!!! GO TITANS!! He has played the clarinet since 4th grade and will now be trying his hand at the baritone. Band camp starts today and lasts for 2 weeks!!! 10 days of marching and playing from 8am to 6pm, we are so proud of him.
As for the girls, my 10 year old is enjoying the summer with not much to do. We didn’t sign her up for anything over the summer because well…. I forgot. I know, *hangs head low, shame on me but I promise to make it up her. She has decided to continue with singing in chorus and participating in Girls on the Run (GOTR) at the school. As for my youngest, she made the training team at gymnastics and is now practicing twice a week for 2.5 hours each day. She is handling it like a champ for a 5 year old.
So you may be wondering how all the ties into today’s post. It doesn’t, I just wanted to share. I know this isn’t a Mommy blog but if I seem a little short in my recent and future posts it’s because #lifeisgettingintheway! No but seriously, I guess I could segway by mentioning that we are well into Leo season and living with 2 of them is no easy feat. My youngest will be 6 on 8/17 and she as already advised me that she wants the ‘green glitter one from the Turtle polishes’ for her mani and pedi for her pool swimming party.

Overall: I am once again pleasantly surprised by what Chrissy has done. I love how the glitters of Leo dance over the black base and think it would also look pretty cool over purple. I’m impressed with how bold the glitters are seen in August and how once again any nail art just enhances their already beautiful quality.
