***PRESS (PR) SAMPLE NOTICE ***
Hey y’all! Thanks for checking back in today because today I have 2 awesome polishes from the July Polish Pickup Group. Before we get started, if you still haven’t had an opportunity to read my initial post explaining the group and how it works, you should probably do that first. Why? Because it gives you all the info to be apart of the action and how to submit, vote and shop. Read it here!
So while the ‘Johnny come latelys’ get caught up on Polish Pickup (PPU) the rest of us will talk business. I know some of us, every now and then, like to enjoy an adult beverage and even if you don’t like or drink alcohol, you can get some of them virgin. Why am I talking about drinking? Well because July’s theme is Mocktails and Cocktails!!! YUMMY!! So whether you like Pina Coladas, Cosmo, White Russian or the traditional, but still very popular, Long Island Iced Tea, then this PPU is just for you. Makers took their inspiration from the many libations and quenching spirits that we have all come to love. Let’s take a look at Gin and Juice by Lollipop Posse Lacquer and Silver Cocktail by Alter Ego.
**All swatches are done using Commitment Issue Peel-off Base Coat by Vapid, le top by le Polish (shiny) and Matte Me topcoat by Jior Couture (matte). Swatch photos are taken using artificial lights.**
Lollipop Posse Lacquer
Gin and Juice – is a holo gold to green duochrome with gold flakes.
Overall Thoughts
Formula / Application: flakies in every stroke and they glow in every way
Opacity: 3 easy coats
Price: $12
Overall: This is my first from this brand but definitely not my last. If Gin and Juice is any indication of what Karen (maker/creator) produces then I am definitely a fan.
