Swatch & Review: JulieG – Spring 2017

***PRESS (PR) SAMPLE NOTICE ***

Hey guys and gals, I’m back today with the Spring 2017 Collection from JulieG. I just want to state, for the record how totally bummed I am that I missed stopping by this table a Polish Con AND I’m calling a do over so that I can go by and meet the maker behind the brand. Yes, my arms are folded across my chest like a 3 year old and I have a full on pouty face. The kicking and screaming will happen a little later but until then, let’s check out this collection.

This 9 piece collection, broken into 3 trios, features my favorites….CREMES!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, cremes are the BEST! Why? Because they are do fun to work with. Cremes are gorgeous all on their own but I love that they are also the perfect background for nail art and design. Not saying other finishes aren’t, but I personally feel that nail art over holos and shimmers, flakies, etc take away from the finish but cremes, cremes are perfect with or without.

These crèmes are so perfect and the colors are phenomenal. They’re super bright, bold and vibrant, perfect for spring and summer. If you haven’t already picked up this collection, either a trio or in its entirety, JulieG has a giveaway going on until 5/4 that you can enter for your chance to win a trio, enter here.

So get your umbrella drinks 🍹 ready, and let’s check out these polishes.

Overall Thoughts

Opacity: 2-3 coats

Price: $3.99/each or $10/pk

Overall: I’m speechless 😶!!! JulieG Spring polishes get 5 points just for being cremes and another 5 points for beautiful, bold, vibrant colors. I’m also giving them 2 points for amazing formula and application and 2 points for price point.

On a scale of 1 to 10, these polishes get a perfect 10 on the ‘Must Have’ rating. My personal faves are Tropical, Bikini and Oh Em Gee. See anything you like? Be sure to use the following hashtags when posting your JulieG manis on social media
